When will my order ship out?
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT ORDERS: Unfortunately, we are only able to accept US orders at this time due to new international shipping regulations. All US orders are shipped with USPS and include tracking.
All orders are processed and shipped within 3-7 days, though most orders will be fulfilled within 3-5 days. I'm running this all on my own at the moment so thank you for your patience :)
When will my order arrive?
All orders are sent via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please note that delivery dates are just estimates and can vary. Orders delivered by USPS typically take 2-6 days but can take up to 15 days. Delivery times slow down around the holidays, please account for that when making time-sensitive purchases.
If you have waited longer than the above wait times and you believe your order is missing, please reach out via email or contact me and I’ll try my hardest to figure things out.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Unfortunately, not — please place your orders mindfully as I do not allow exchanges, returns or cancellations. All sales are final, thank you for understanding.
My package arrived damaged!
If your order arrived damaged, please email me or contact me so we can find a solution. I pack all my orders with care, but unfortunately once orders are shipped off they are out of my control. :(
My package is missing!
I'm so sorry to say this but unfortunately, I am not responsible for any delayed or lost packages. After an order leaves my hands, I have no control over how it’s handled in transit. If your order hasn’t arrived past your delivery date or longer than the estimated shipping times and you believe your package is missing, please email me or contact me so we can sort something out as soon as possible. Normally, all missing packages should make their way back to me but sometimes that’s not always the case.
Please note that sometimes USPS tracking marks an order as delivered but will take a few extra days to actually arrive. If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received any package yet, wait a few days. If your order still hasn’t arrived, please reach out to me immediately!
I'm missing something in my order.
I’m so sorry. I try my best to make sure orders are packed properly but mistakes happen. Please send me an email or contact me and I’ll be sure to ship out all your missing items as soon as possible. :)
